ATLAS
BEST OF THE BEST

We went through every major diet, found what the science actually supports, and built something better. The result is the ATLAS diet.

What is the Atlas Diet?

The ATLAS diet is a complete nutritional and fitness system built on the best science from keto, Mediterranean, carnivore and paleo research, with none of the blind spots.

At its core, ATLAS is a high-protein, very low-carbohydrate diet designed to keep your body in a state of ketosis, burning fat for fuel rather than sugar. Lean meats, oily fish, eggs, and cruciferous vegetables form the foundation – foods that protect your heart, fuel your brain and preserve muscle mass. Pair that with five weekly MOVE sessions focused on high-rep, low-weight training and cardio, and the results go far beyond the number on the scale.

The ATLAS diet is about systematically adjusting your body composition;  reducing fat percentage, building functional muscle, and improving the long-term health of your heart and brain. Not a crash diet. Not a fad. Just clean, evidence-based nutrition and movement, working together.

Atlas foods

These are the foods that will form the foundation of your diet. High-quality protein, healthy fats, and green vegetables. Everything your body needs to stay in ketosis, build muscle, and protect your heart.

  • Salmon
  • Chicken breast
  • Tuna
  • Eggs
  • Avocado
  • Olive oil
  • Double cream
  • Broccoli
  • Zero carb yoghurt
  • Spinach

Occasional

These aren’t banned, they’re just not daily staples. Fine in moderation and on the right days, but keep an eye on portions — some of these can quietly push you out of ketosis if you’re not careful.

  • Walnuts
  • Berries
  • Chicken thighs
  • Courgette
  • Cauliflower
  • Cabbage
  • Brussels sprouts
  • Pak choi
  • Greek yoghurt
  • Red meat

Limit

These foods and drinks work against your goals. High in carbs, hidden sugars, or inflammatory fats, they’ll slow your progress and make it harder to stay in ketosis. Worth knowing they’re there.

  • Whole grain bread
  • Legumes & beans
  • Potatoes
  • Sweet potato
  • Full-fat milk
  • Mango
  • Banana
  • Grapes
  • Dark chocolate
  • Oats

Avoid

These are the ones to leave behind for good. Not a punishment, just an honest look at what they do to your body. High sugar, high inflammation, low nutritional value. You won’t miss them as much as you think.

  • Sugar & sweets
  • White bread
  • Pasta
  • White rice
  • Processed cereals
  • Fizzy drinks
  • Fruit juice
  • Crisps
  • Beer & wine
  • Fast food

ATLAS – A Practical Strength-Based Diet for Modern Life

Atlas was not born in a fitness studio or a podcast bunker full of supplements and cold plunges. It was born from necessity. After undergoing major heart surgery, I needed to lose weight without losing muscle. I needed a way of eating that helped rebuild strength,…

When were other major diets created?

Every major diet you’ve heard of was created before the digital age. Before mass clinical data. Before we could track millions of people’s results in real time. Before AI could analyse what actually works at scale.

Keto was invented to treat epilepsy. Weight Watchers was built around a points system dreamed up at a kitchen table in 1963. These aren’t bad diets, but they were created with the tools available at the time. ATLAS was built with the tools available now.
